A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers have the right to cancel their contract under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or self-employed professional activities.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

You can also fill out and submit the sample withdrawal form or any other clear statement electronically on our website https://shop.reuss-gelenkwellen.de/widerrufsbelehrung/. If you use this option, we will immediately (e.g., by email) send you a confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The direct costs of returning goods that cannot normally be returned by post (freight shipping) are estimated to be up to approximately 85 euros per item.

You are only responsible for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling them in a manner not necessary for testing their condition, properties, and functionality.

General Notes

1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure suitable packaging for adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the above points 1-2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
